Prenatal Care:

Building a relationship of trust and honesty between mama and midwife provide the foundation for a successful birth story

On-call Services during your pregnancy, birth or post partum season to speak with your midwife directly

One Hour Prenatal Visits in your home or my office, with time to discuss any questions you may have

Monitoring your vitals, overall health and well- being at each appointment

Monitoring baby’s growth, activity, positioning & heartbeat

Regularly scheduled visits: once a month until 28 weeks, twice a month until 36 weeks & weekly until your labor starts.

Additional visits if your pregnancy goes beyond 41 weeks gestation.

Standardized Testing & Prenatal Screening, including: ultrasounds, prenatal blood work, genetic testing, post dates screenings

Exercise & Nutritional Counseling for optimal pregnancy heath

Informed Consent to make educated choices regarding your pregnancy, birth, newborn and post partum care

Prenatal Massage

Herbal Pregnancy Tea blend & quality supplements to nourish a healthy pregnancy

Referrals to other practitioners or physicians if additional support is needed

Labor & Birth

Midwifery Labor Support with a midwife by your side. We will come to you when you need us at any time.

Mama and Baby Vital Monitoring

Support & Guidance as desired or needed to ensure a safe and healthy outcome

Keeping mama and baby together and uninterrupted after delivery

Delayed Cord Management, Cord Burning, Lotus Birth, Placenta Prints & Placenta Medicine available

Midwifery Care continues for three hours or longer after birth, ensuring you and baby are well

Emergency Equipment and Pharmaceutical Medications, herbs and homeopathic medicines to stabilize & manage emergencies

Newborn Examination after Delivery

Midwives attending your labor & birth are certified in Adult and Neonatal Resuscitation and BLS CPR

Healthy and safe outcomes are our priority. If a hospital setting is safest for you or baby, we will provide bedside guidance and support throughout your hospital experience during and after delivery. We continue midwifery care once you are home.

Home Visits for all of your post partum care to ensure healthy healing and successful breastfeeding

Healthy Newborn Care up to six weeks, including Vitamin K, Metabolic Screen, Eye Ointment, Regular Weight & Growth Checks
